Submit Your 2008 Congressional Angels in AdoptionTM Nomination!

Do you know someone you would like to nominate to a Congressional Office because of their dedication to improving the lives of children? Complete the form below and we will pass on the nomination to the appropriate Congressional Office. (CCAI does not choose who is going to be an Angel in AdoptionTM. We forward the information you pass along to us (hereafter referred to as “nomination”) to the appropriate Members of Congress. The more nominations we receive from YOU the more Angels in AdoptionTM can be celebrated this year!)

September 16, 2008
Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center
1300 Pennsylvania Avenue NW; Washington, DC 20004

Please make your nomination as soon as possible, but no later than July 1, 2008. This date allows the Congressional Office enough time to select their Angel in AdoptionTM and submit it to us. Additionally, it gives the Angel in AdoptionTM adequate time to plan a trip to Washington, D.C. and to take advantage of airline and hotel discounts available specifically to them.
