Congressional Resource Program
The Congressional Resource Program is CCAI’s primary means of sharing objective and relevant information to help educate policymakers on information critical to federal adoption and child welfare policy – both domestic and international. Through congressional briefings and focus events, policy reports, roundtable conversations and legislative alerts, CCAI provides helpful information to federal policymakers to identify and remove policy and practice barriers that hinder children from being part of a family.
